New ertius family member: gamma

Gamma is a new programming head unit for ertius. Thanks to an advanced FPGA technology it’s the perfect tool to address high performance demand from complex devices (e.g. the new members of the AURIX™ architecture). This high performance is accompanied by new features, like support of Octal SPI.
Of course, gamma is fully compatible to the proven ertius system and easy to integrate.
